15 Things We Learned About Money in Politics in 2015



I'm not quite right with the assumption that - left and right - money rules. That is, with cash one can manipulate voters. Where's the un-manipulated voter, the un-managed citizen? Are we that easy to control through advertisements? Until we can stand up under a barrage of them and elect the candidate with the best ideas and not the largest "war-chest" we're apt to make some serious mistakes.


I'm encouraged by the observation that people are depending less on the mainstream propaganda media for reliable information

Yes, the gullibility of the average human is such that they are that easy to control through advertising. That's why the Citizen's United decision was such an issue and needs to be overturned.
