Well, sigh, I’ve got a rough draft of letters to Pelosi and Perez about the super delegates. I’m encouraged by the fact that when I wrote to Obama, all four times I got what I asked for. Yeah, I heard that New York has these strict laws about changing your political designation–like you have to do it nine months ahead or something. Each state gets to make their own rules about voting, and they can change them any time.
Will President Sanders even be CAPABLE of reforming the DNC? The DNC is a private corporation run by Clinton operatives, isn’t it? It doesn’t even have to abide by the results of its own primaries!

My understanding is that the president names the head of the DNC. Could be wrong. If so, then he would have the power to appoint someone and to clean house. If he can, he better. Perez named a group of ghouls.

I could be wrong, I am not 100% certain. If Bernie wins though, I think he does have the power to appoint the head of the DNC. Obama had it last time and went with that worthless sack Perez. If Bernie wins and if he has that power, to ifs, then yes, he should and will clean house. Lots of worthless parasites to cut off from their host, which they’ve ruined.
That’s incorrect. Perez beat Ellison in a vote of DNC members (the vote was 235 to 200). Clinton and Obama both backed Perez in the vote - while Sanders backed Ellison. I thought it was interesting that Ellison got so close. If Bernie Sanders is elected President he will obviously try to use his influence to ensure that progressives in the party take over the DNC infrastructure - but it will be a hard fought battle.
And there is the little matter of the CIA, which JFK swore to splinter and cast into the winds. Alas, JFK wasn’t permitted to get the job done, and no president since has shown the slightest inclination of doing so. Wonder where Bernie stands on JFK’s long-neglected plan to rid the nation of the CIA parasites?
We should keep a couple of things in mind. First, Hillary won, even with the tally discrepancies.
And she was a very strong heir apparent in the company of the likes of Ted Kennedy, Bob Dole, and John McCain. None made it happen for them.
The end game here is once again, trump cannot be allowed to win.

Like I suggested previously, the elections are a merry-go-round. By the time it comes around again we have switched parties and presidents. So trump undos all of the good work Obama did, and then Bernie undos all of trumps bad work, and we go round and round.

If the people running the Democratic Party have a say, they will support someone far more likely than Bernie to lose. They also feel no sense of urgency in beating Trump. They oppose Bernie and the left far more than they do Trump.

I would rather not reward the DNC for continued bad behavior or they will never find their soul. Let them lose over and over and over again until they relinquish the party to the will of the democrats. If that means another 8-12 years of republicans shitting all over the country, welp. Who knows. Maybe the republican party will change it’s ways for the better instead.
