This is about getting Trump reelected. The neocons will have their war with Iran.

The Democratic organization is not what you think it is.

These discussions open the way to antidote to the “externalization” of the costs never put on the books. Slavery being the epitome of the problems with “capitalism” - predation for profit.

What did we learn? There are insufficient numbers to move Congress to act on reparations. Republicans are racists but we already knew that. A social movement can only gain traction if it doesn’t interfere with the Pentagon budget or is backed by violent street action. Reparations will only happen if it is allied with the larger issue of class inequality.

If you’re saying what I think you’re saying then I agree.

For brutal capitalism to make restitution for the slavery and oppression it has applied in the taking of profit will take more than making reparations for the racist aspect of its plundering.

Though we can easily see the racism of the plundering parasites, that racism is not the crime. The crime is the plundering. Paying off the descendents of the colored help is simply lipstick on a pig.

It is clear that most of the poor are poor because all their efforts have been put to making the rich richer.
