Ahead of Key Parliament Vote, Poll Shows Two-Thirds of UK Voters Agree With Extinction Rebellion on Climate Emergency

Julia Conley, staff writer

A day before British Parliament is set to vote on whether to join a growing number of governments that have declared climate emergencies, a new poll showed unprecedented demand from the U.K. public to treat the crisis as a top legislative priority.

Yes UK go for it----- as Australia and Canada are in, and there are so many others in the Commonwealth, and those lands could be underwater in the future, including parts of the UK, so Please err on the side of caution. You know, some of those beaches in England are not very large and maybe you should worry about the coastal cities that will be lost. Where the Norman Conquest began in landing at Hastings-----a lot of Hastings could be going, going gone underwater too. Really England, you don’t have any spare land to lose!

We need a rapid expansion of Extinction Rebellion-like tactics here in the US.

I know there are ER groups rapidly forming here. We also have School Strike 4 Climate, and Sunrise Movement too. Getting all groups on board would be a massive action.
