Aid Groups Warn of More 'Unnecessary Deaths' in Haiti as Cholera Outbreak Threatens

Cholera is rapidly spreading in Haiti in the wake of Hurricane Matthew and the country will be struck by another outbreak of the devastating disease if a massive effort isn't launched to prevent it, aid agencies warn.

They are sending 1 million doses of cholera vaccine to Haiti. That's half (50%) the entire worlds on-hand supply. That's a good thing.
Cholera is caused from drinking polluted water.
So it would appear that what the Haitians need most is safe drinking water.
Is there any of that left in the Western Hemisphere?

(A brigade of 38 Cuban medical doctors), part of the Henry Reeve International Contingent of Doctors Specialized in Disaster Situations, and Serious Epidemics Henry Reeve are now heading to Haiti Oct. 8, 2016, joining (600 Cuban medical doctors, and other health workers) currently serving in the Haitian territory. Cuban medical doctors have been in Haiti since 1998's Hurricane Georges, with Cuban medical presents expanded since the earthquake 2010 in Haiti ( Havana Times.org).
