America at War Since 9/11

Rebecca Gordon

The headlines arrive in my inbox day after day: “U.S.-led airstrikes in Syria killed hundreds of civilians, U.N.

People were HUNG at Nuremberg for the International Crimes that the US Govt has committed in the wake of the very convenient 9/11.

(Hey Folks! Just happen to have this Patriot Act ready, to trash the Constitution, and hey, howsabout we refer to the United States as the HOMELAND from now on!)

Sing it with me, "Homeland, Homeland Uber Alles..."

"America at War Since 9/11"

That was the plan, wasn't it?

#4

"The plan" indeed...working like a well oiled machine.

Buy military industrial media infotainment complex (MIMC) stocks and you will love the eternal revenue eternal occupations ans wars provide.

Has anybody started a MIMIC mutual fund yet ?

#5

Thank you Rebecca. Don't know what else to say. Your bio picture shows you smiling. I've found that very hard to do since the night of shock and awe.

#6

It would be more accurate to say, "America at war since Operation Desert Shield/Storm" (Aug 1990/ Jan 1991)? Or do we forget "Gulf War Syndrome" and Stormin' Norman Schwartzkopf who fairly cackled with glee as he showed gun camera film of retreating Iraqi forces being blown to pieces to reporters?

In the meantime, Sean Spicer informs us he is going to have his terrorist jihadis stage another false flag "chemical attack" in Syria three days after Seymour Hersh's expose in Die Welt.

Some Press Secretaries sure are stupid.

...years of shock and awe....

"...at war since 9/11."
That seems to have been the idea all along.

Same here.
The acts that are carried out in our name...

This is a letter I have sent to the editors of several newspapers:

On September 14, 2001, in the aftermath of the worst domestic attack on the United States, Congress passed the Authorizatiion for Use of Military Force (AUMF) Act. It allows the President to use military force against anyone connected with the destruction of the World Trade Center on September 11.

That Act has been used as justification to attack “terrorists” anywhere in the world without Congress declaring war. So far, the United States has waged undeclared war in Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan, Mali, Somalia, Philippines, Yemen, Libya, Kashmir, Cameroon and Syria.

Now Donald Trump wants to use the AUMF to escalate our military involvement in Syria in support of forces opposed to President Bashar al-Assad and theoretically fighting the Islamic State. Russia also has military forces in Syria in support of President Assad and theoretically fighting the Islamic State. There have already been clashes between U.S. and Russian forces.

Commander-in-Chief Trump does not have a master plan for our action in Syria, leaving strategic decisions up to his generals. Let’s see: Syria – Assad; United States; Russia; rebel; and Islamic State forces. And no plan! Maybe it’s time to take another look at the Authorization for Use of Military Force Act.

How bout imperialist amerika at war since 1492! The terrorism started then, and has continued, all these blood soaked years, for empire expansion! The good newz: the fascist amerikan empire is collapsing; the sooner the better!

Seems that way. Meticulous too, how they got the towers to fall into their own footprint, and one of them (#7) was not hit by a plane.
