Americans Win Right to Challenge Inclusion on Government's Secret 'No Fly List'

Lauren McCauley, staff writer

A federal court on Monday ruled that a Michigan man can challenge his inclusion on the government's "No Fly List," in a move that is being celebrated as a victory for the hundreds of U.S. citizens assigned to that secretive list, as well as the countless Arab-Americans routinely subjected to similar racial profiling.

Anyone, regardless of race or national origin shiuld be entitled to contest being placed on the no-fly list. As it stands, the govenment asserts the right to deny airline travel with no justification and no recourse.

Not to worry, the case will be taken to the Supreme Court by the Slick Oily Administration and the five far right wack jobs will claim that Saeb Mokdad does not have standing and it will all be swept back under the rug to be forgotten about. And the sheep will bleat softly and vote for the Queen of Chaos hoping that she will change things! Just another case of doing the same thing over and over and over again and each time expecting to get a different result!
