Jesus, what a SHOCK! You MEAN, “our side” could’ve WON this election, simply by overriding DNC™ LLC? We could’ve sent Trump off to try and out-run his many mob collectors? So, we would’ve saved hundreds-of-thousands of essential workers’ largely indentured into 1099 gigs, no jobs, savings, healthcare, sick-days, day-care, safe mass transit, HOMES or proper diet (maybe saving all their loved ones, coworkers, teachers, transit workers, clerks…) Jeepers, thats a SHAME!

Nancy, don’t give in! The people want relief but go big!

Pop, pop, fizz, fizz oh what a relief it is. Biden/Harris in 2020 ! Vote now or forever hold your peace.

‘Deadline’ is long past for many millions of American families and individuals.
Neither Nancy nor Mark Meadows are american heroes in this late band aide.

The republicans have done nothing with the Heroes act that the lower house submitted months ago. Mitch has been sitting on his hands while the country has literally burned. He has death on his hands as surely as do trump and the rest of the do nothing Republican Party. Why should we give in to their demand for less than what we ALL deserve? NO! A thousand times no! We can wait this out because we matter! Our lives hang in the balance. The republicans have screwed the public long enough. They do not deserve a deal before election. They deserve the shame of failing the American people of the United States.

In our technological world of ever increasing productivity, there is simply no reason why we cannot be paid more to do less. But this simple fact is rejected by all Republicans and most Democrats Make it a $5 trillion Covid-19 bailout, less than a fifth of what was doled out to Banks, for collapsing the global economy in a fit of greed. .

“Suppose at one moment it took a certain number of people, eight hours a day, to make as many pins as the world needs. Someone invents a way to make twice as many pins as before, with the same number of people. In a sensible world everyone concerned with the manufacture of pins would take to working four hours a day instead of eight and everything else would go on as before.

Instead what happens is half these people become completely idle and the other half are still overworked. This ensures that even leisure will cause misery instead of being a universal source of happiness. The idea that the poor should have leisure has always been shocking to the idle rich.

The social purpose of production is consumption. Everybody consumes over the course of their life, a certain amount of the product of human labor. Assuming that labor is on the whole disagreeable, it is unjust that a man should consume more than he produces.

In a world where no one is compelled to work more than four hours a day, every person possessed of scientific curiosity will be able to indulge in it and every painter will be able to paint without starving. Above all there will be happiness and joy of life, instead of frayed nerves, weariness and dyspepsia.”

Per reporting, McConnell told the White House today not to cut a deal with Pelosi.

And some? many? of us would be opposed to that number only because it is way too small.
