Dump is already trespassing in the WH.

If Biden wins he will not be able to say Trump is trespassing until after January, 20,2021.and with pending lawsuits and calling the election fraudulent I predict Trump will use those excuses to not allow Biden to escort Trump out of the Oval Office. And if it ends up in the Supreme Court, no doubt it will rule in Trump’s favor.

Folks it looks to me like this is going to get very ugly before it is over!

It’s ugly already if any member of the Hair Hitler family is involved. The Flaming Orange Satan’s sons are two of the biggest assholes ever!

Biden seems to think that they can simply knock on the oval office door and serve an eviction notice that trump will comply with.
There will more likely be a shootout with the proud boys that trump will hire to protect him.

The Raw Story has an article which mentions how Republicans are thinking about an intervention, i.e. to have someone tell Trump that he has lost the election. But so far they have not found anyone who will break this news to Trump. One has a feeling that Trump will not go gently into that good night.

There would need to be some plausibly legal pretext for it to wind up in the Supreme Court. This is the USA, where the most fundamental rule about elections is the states get to count votes, generally, however the heck they like. This makes it so embarrassing for the Supreme Court to say anything at all that Bush v Gore had to be phrased in the most tortured possible construction, as a one-time only non-precedent, because the so-called justices were deeply ashamed of interfering in a state election.

I know it seems like the Florida non-precedent from 20 years ago was similarly thin, but it wasn’t. It was wafer thin, but not vapor thin. It was a recount, not a count. It was the only state in dispute. Etcetera etcetera. I’m not hearing the valid scenario from anyone legally literate as to how Orangeman can find Supreme Court justices, committed to the Orange enough, to risk later impeachment proceedings for aggression against the Constitution. The justices also have their fingers in the wind.

There may be trouble elsewhere, I suppose. But I doubt there’ll be much of a problem removing that orange growth from 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, before thoroughly disinfecting the place.

I think that it is rather unlikely that the Proud Boys will be traveling from Portland, Or. to Washington, D.C. anytime soon so that they can take on the Secret Service, the police, or Homeland Security, a name which could have come straight out of Nazi Germany or the old Soviet Union

I hope you are correct but remember Trump, a crooked, lying and cheating tyrant, has over 2 months to figure out how to stay in office.

Carol, I agree, but who wouldn’t be?

Well yeah, if he refuses to obey the law.

It’s too late for that. I think a more likely scenario is that we’ll wake up one day to find out that the White House is empty with no word on where Trump, Melania, Donny, Eric, Ivanka, et al, have gone.

Cotton, trump jr., or any other rabid republican will lose to Tammy Duckworth.
2022 will see republicans arise to take house and retain senate majorities.

How trump did so well while killing over 150,000 americans with covid19, unemployments
over the top line, schools closed, borrowing up, and his untrue attacks against everyone -
including republicans last night via junior. beyond my understanding unless american education
has failed by going to lowest common denominator so every student is A+ honor roll without the
sweat.

I was referring to the past 4 years Roberto.

Yes I can understand that. But, it has only been in the last year or so that he has become insanely irrational. Easy to understand how China is using our technology and so forth, but now, trying to use the Supreme Court to “stop the vote count?”

Got the full unwavering support of the Oath Keepers, too. Those are really scary people imo.

I suspect that if you look closely you will notice that the Emperor is wearing no clothes. With the electoral results increasingly fraying his tattered legitimacy he is being seen by more and more people as merely mortal, a naked malevolent Peter Pan who is rapidly running out of the magic dust, unable to change reality by wishing it were not so. He has a few acts of vengeance and pride left before his exit from the building.

Whether Biden is better than Trump or not can be debated, but “a hell of a lot better” – no, I do not see it.
