AT&T built a powerful phone surveillance tool for police, called Hemisphere. Every day, AT&T adds four billion call records to Hemisphere, making it one of the largest known reservoirs of communications metadata that the government uses to spy on us.
As this proves, the State (police departments in this case) is subject to the demands of the elite ruling class ... in this case, a mega corporation.
Since the State is nothing more than the enforcement arm of the elites, the State is granted authority only as the elites determine are needed to protect them and their interests.
So, who is really behind all the surveillance and the loss of privacy that is taking place ... the State or the elite ruling class? The answer is as obvious as the nose on your face.
How the hell is accessing to ANY of this information, without a very specific warrant, legal under the 4th Amendment?
