Between the banning of the necessity defense, the deliberately ejection of any jury candidates who might know anything about Ploughshares actions and why they are done, and the judge threatening prosecution and imprisonment of jurors who don’t do what the judge tells them to do, so-called “justice” in the USA is a sham.

Weapons that can kill all life on Earth are indeed satanic. It is with great sadness that we read of these courageous people of good will towards all life are to be punished for trying to protect all life on Earth. The sentences are draconian as murderers and rapists and perpetrators of violent crimes may receive lesser sentences than those who will stand and pray peaceably over these weapons that they be turned into plowshares (tractors). It is because of these people and those like them that I and many like me came back to belief in God when hypocritical Pharisees (fundamentalists etc) turned us away from our belief. Have faith in a loving God… one who asks us to turn swords into plowshares.

I support a reasoning, if accurate, that nukes were an answer to ending WW2.
We really didn’t want millions more dead and maimed to the tune of the Civil War to continue if there were a choice.
But we have had 75 years to figure out a way to say “no to nukes,” but we haven’t.

Protesting, violent or non-violent, physical or verbal is the fabric of America’s existence.**

From income tax to prohibition.
From Woman’s Suffrage to Civil Rights, Antiwar of the sixties (Vietnam) to Gay Rights of the seventies, Labor Movement to Black Power and:…
Each and every one of those movements resulted in a change in our society, as will the present protests result in a change for the safety of Americans and others around the world.

It’s a bit difficult to claim that spray painting something is “damage exceeding $1000.” On that basis alone the whole thing should be thrown out. With any luck an appellate court will realize that this whole thing was a sham from the prosecutor to the judge.

  • Undelegated Powers Kept by the States and the People

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.
**The 6th amendment can almost stand alone in defense of the Plowshares 7.
**It states, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor;
**Yet in this, and in other trials of similar ilk, apparently the “judge” and prosecution have the right to review all of the evidence brought by the defendant(s) and decide what the jury will be allowed to hear or see. That worked well in Soviet Russia and Nazi Germany, but to see that same thing repeated over and over in this country makes me ill.
**In essence it is a demand for the defendant to give the court and prosecution all of their evidence and reasons for their actions, which they review and if it would be dilatory to the prosecution’s case, they can simply ban it as evidence and leave the defendant(s) with no defense, and the jury hearing only the prosecution’s case and the defendant’s silence, can easily find the defendant(s) guilty. Especially if the jury is informed that if they do not do as the “judge” tells them to do, they may become defendants, themselves. This also shuts off the compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, guaranteed by the 6th amendment to the Constitution.

They were not. It moved up the formal surrender by a week or two. The members of Naval Intelligence couldn’t figure out why they couldn’t send out the signal that indicated that the surrender was accepted, until they found out on December 7th.
**Those two bombs were both an experiment, to see how much damage they did, and to demonstrate to the Russians what we could do to their cities, if we decided to. About 200,000 people and two cities were destroyed just to make a political statement to the CCCP.

Has the Rule of Law outlived its usefulness? Has it been manipulated and abused to the point where it no longer serves the needs of everyone, only the few? If the Rule of Law no longer works for us, what can we replace it with?

What if we take greater responsibility for ourselves? Can we flourish as a nation based on the principles of what works best and makes us happiest? What’s more important, winning or learning? When we learn something new about ourselves and All That Is, don’t we win? When we make our own rules by paying attention to and learning the difference between what we like and don’t like, what works for us and what doesn’t, what makes us happy and what doesn’t, in our oneness with and separation from All That Is, as both products of creation and creation itself, don’t we win? By waking up, wising up, and rising up to greater awareness and understanding, can we create fuller and happier lives?

Let’s make the jump from a value judgment world of right and wrong, good and bad, enforced by the shame of guilt and the fear of punishment, a world of “I win, you lose,” to a value fulfillment world of what works best and makes us happiest in our oneness with and separation from All That Is, as both products of creation and creation itself.

According to Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, "We are not human beings having a spiritual experience. We are spiritual beings having a human experience."

Think about it, outside of this moment, in what form do we exist. Doesn’t our past exist as memories and our future exist as potential expressions of who we are now, who we have been in the past, and who we can and want to be in the future? What do we know that we don’t know we know? What can we do that we don’t know we can do? What are the real lessons in Being and Creation? What do we really want to teach ourselves? What do we really want to learn? Isn’t our inner being just as important as our outer being?

What others will not or cannot do for us, we must do for ourselves if we think it’s important enough.

Seek the greatest understanding and serve the highest good. Can you think of anything more exciting, or worth doing, than living, loving, learning and evolving as Beings of Aware Energy?

Yes, we are all multidimensional, vibrational Beings of Aware Energy or Consciousness and as such, we are the Source and Substance of All That Is. The next time you look into an animals eyes and watch its behavior, notice that it thinks, feels, acts and reacts just like you and me. To change what we create, we, someone, or something else, must change what we think and feel, how we act and react. It is the only way we change. From now on, when you look at animals and plants give a thought to the idea that All That Is thinks, feels, acts and reacts. Everything we see is consciousness in whatever form it chooses to appear. Being and Creating with the freedom of choice is the only way All That Is can fulfill its greatest potential. Change, it all begins with the first jump!

Federal judges are among the most “accomplished” people at paying lip service to the US Constitution while ruling it is invalid in any case they wish.

Reading the judges decision is insane. Someone should do something about this travisity of justice. The judges decrees are fitting the worst dictatorships. How can this be allowed in a country based on freedom of speech. Get rid of this judge, appeal the decision and get mainstream media to cover this, not just Democracy Now. Whether or not you believe nuclear weapons should exist is not the point here. The ability to discuss it openly is.
