'Blatant Smear': Trump Attacks Boston Anti-Racism Demonstrators as 'Anti-Police Agitators'

Jake Johnson, staff writer

After declaring during a press conference on Tuesday that there were many "very fine people" in attendance at the white supremacist rally that took place in Charlottesville, Virginia last weekend, President Donald Trump took to Twitter on Saturday to launch an attack on the thousands of anti-racist demonstrators in Boston, labeling them "anti-police

why is this clown still holding the title of “president” ? He needs to be removed from the house of the people!

In response to Trump and his beloved white supremacists I’ve been wanting to post the lyrics of a John Prine song called:
Some Humans Ain’t Human and so here it is.

Mmmm Mmmm
Mmmm Mmmm
Mmmm Mmmm
Mmmm Mmmm
Some humans ain’t human
Some people ain’t kind
You open up their hearts
And here’s what you’ll find
A few frozen pizzas
Some ice cubes with hair
A broken Popsicle
You don’t want to go there
Some humans ain’t human
Though they walk like we do
They live and they breathe
Just to turn the old screw
They screw you when you’re sleeping
They try to screw you blind
Some humans ain’t human
Some people ain’t kind
You might go to church
And sit down in a pew
Those humans who ain’t human
Could be sittin’ right next to you
They talk about your family
They talk about your clothes
When they don’t know their own ass
From their own elbows
Jealousy and stupidity
Don’t equal harmony
Jealousy and stupidity
Don’t equal harmony
Mmmm Mmmm
Mmmm Mmmm
Mmmm Mmmm
Mmmm Mmmm
[Spoken:]
Have you ever noticed
When you’re feeling really good
There’s always a pigeon
That’ll come shit on your hood
Or you’re feeling your freedom
And the world’s off your back
Some cowboy from Texas
Starts his own war in Iraq
Some humans ain’t human
Some people ain’t kind
They lie through their teeth
With their head up their behind
You open up their hearts
And here’s what you’ll find
Some humans ain’t human
Some people ain’t kind
Mmmm Mmmm
Mmmm Mmmm
Mmmm Mmmm
Mmmm Mmmm
Mmmm Mmmm
Mmmm Mmmm

And here is a version on YouTube well worth the listen:

For 7 months we have endured a steady river of lies, distortions, ridiculous digital blather and the clear evidence trump cannot reason or distinguish truth from fantasy! He certainly has zero concept of his job or the common good!
“Anti police agitators” or “alt-left” or “antifa”, all are derogatory smears against the people fighting against right-wing racist hatred and bigotry - trumps false equivalency garbage! ENOUGH!

The poor retarded prictator seriously cannot help what comes out of his mouth or his fingers – it really is quite a shame that the reptardicon party can’t even get their act together long enough to flush this shit down the toilet!

Thank you Holygeezer! John Prine is a National Treasure.

#7

Does he know that it is better to just keep your mouth shut? He could have just simply stayed on the side lines. Getting rid of Bannon was soooo useful (sarcasm).

#8

Yes, always liked that one but then not much from Prine you can’t say that about.
Obviously this one is about GW but guess what, the empire doesn’t change much. It just gets more rapacious that’s all.

Meanwhile, the termites Trump installed in the agencies are quietly dismantling environmental protections, consumer protections, net neutrality, etc., etc., ad nauseum. And then we have Pence, Ryan, et al waiting in the wings once Trump goes away. Looks like the decades-long republican project of fostering hate for government is paying off. American voters have unleashed the wrecking ball on their own lives, national suicide by ballot. It won’t be long until we are all breathing poison air, drinking poison water, and eating poison food. Welcome to Flint, writ large.

Check out “The Terminator” on Trump and the fascists:

That is evidently true: We must needs earn our humanity by being taught by the natural world.

Trumps seem to be using the neo-Nazi strategy of blaming some enemy on the left. This is exactly what the Nazi’s did in Germany. They attacked communists and others leftists. The neo-Nazis need to create this left opposition to show they are fighting against something threatening. It is harder and harder to make the argument that Trump is not on the side of the neo-Nazis. Over the last few days he has really given his loyalties away. Basically he has blown his cover. It certainly looks like he is another neo-Nazi in a suit. And what is really scary is that he still has a tremendous amount of support from Americans around the country. As long as he has this support it is very difficult for Republicans to start impeachment proceedings.

From the Real News:

Then we’re stuck with Pence- an insane oaf. Kudos to Boston and the anti- supremacist protesters!

Trump later tweeted a message applauding the protestors for opposing hatred and bigotry.

Trump’s original tweet sounded more sincere – accusatory, inflammatory, and impulsively sent.
This latter tweet reads like something scripted by his handlers who are tasked with transforming Donnie’s public image.

Many white americans really support the neo-nazis because of white resentment about how they are being persecuted by minorities. So Trump appeals to those people by using anti-left comments, his racists comments, and his blustering war talk.
But he gave all this away long ago, before this. Those of us who paid attention to him during the years know this is exactly what he is. I tried telling many people that Trump appealed to the worst in us. Far too many didn’t pay attention. Far too many didn’t care what he was, he was their kind of people.
As for impeachment, never will happen. As he has bragged, he could kill someone and it wouldn’t matter to them. The more racist he is seen as, the more they will embrace him.

#18

I don’t blame people for not figuring Trump out earlier. After all, he invited the Clintons to his last wedding and said nice things about them, gave money to Hillary’s campaign in 2008, and made a number of statements about supporting government social programs. I think it only became clear who he was in 2012 when he claimed Obama was not born in the US. That is when he gained a lot of political support.

#19

The thing is, it was obvious who he was by the time of the election. A massive case of progressive projection and white cultural resentment combined with the Comey letter was enough to put him over the top, barely.

Finally. Lrx, something from you that makes sense. If you really are Someone in the Democrat Party, please persuade them to modify their ways. Otherwise THEY WILL BE SPLIT LIKE NEW WOOD come 2018. Get on board or Go Away.
