The United States' most restrictive abortion ban—which Republicans in Iowa explicitly put forward with the hope of triggering a U.S. Supreme Court fight over Roe vs. Wade—was struck down by a federal judge late Monday, with the Polk County District Court declaring the legislation unconstitutional.

There should be a law which reads: “If you are against abortion, don’t have one. If someone you don’t know is going through the heartache of making this very personal decision, mind your own business.”

If men were the one’s required to carry a fetus for 9 months in their bellys, the phrase, Abortion Ban, wouldn’t even exist.
