As President-elect Donald Trump's anti-science administration prepares to swoop into Washington, D.C., outgoing Department of Energy (DOE) Secretary Ernest Moniz on Wednesday announced a new "scientific integrity policy" meant to protect workers and policies that may be at risk.
Smart political move by Moniz. It will be interesting to see Perry squirm when he's asked about this at his hearings.
Yes. Unfortunately, we'll be dealing with a faith-based crowd who seem to have no use for and are threatened by facts, reasoning, science and analysis. My guess is that they will only give this lip service at best and do all they can to circumvent it while hiding behind it.
