If one needs an example of what a wired country should operate like, go to South Korea.

In spite of all the dire predictions, I have seen absolutely no restrictions on what I can access, the speed with which I can access it, or how often I can access it that is based on the nature of the content. Sure, there are paywalls and data caps and some wifi hotspots charge more for faster speeds, but none of that is really based on content. This is a hypothetical problem being used to justify the government taking over a segment of the economy.
