CNN’s ‘Courageous’ Advertorial Mill

CNN has announced the formation of a new unit that will not report the news. Instead, it will take money from corporations to produce content that resembles news but is actually PR designed to burnish its clients’ images.

The name CNN gives to this mercenary enterprise? “Courageous.”

Real news is what the "news" shows don't discuss. CNN just would seem to be adding proaction to censorship in a desperate bid to stay afloat.

Look, CNN, along with the rest of U.S. mainstream media, is already doing PR puff pieces for the 1% and its government, so why shouldn't they get paid for it?

Think of those dollars they're getting as free speech - like political contributions.

As Bill Moyers said long ago " news is what is being hidden from us, the rest is publicity".

CNN figures that their audience is now so brainwashed that there is no limit to how blatant their gunning for corporations can be.
