Other advanced nations spend up to a year or more properly training their Peacekeepers. We spend far less time training our militarized enforcers and it sure shows.

This is the only possible outcome for the economic policies shaped by the Chicago School milton friedman types. Neo feudalism in a suit; impoverishment no different from 12th century Europe. Dang me, plague be gone! Ooops, vaccines, tsk,tsk,tsk, too much moolah to allow open source well being of the planet. This configuration is not new the " elite" are not elite - they are ’ effete’ - incapable of reproducing the life balances that they arose from. Parasites in other words… and the planet shows it. All they can see is kill because they don’ t have the scope of vision to see beyond their next fix. Yes - it is institutionalized addiction to no boundaries. The planet has a tendency to put the lie to that, but the divide and conquer is dreadfully slow to let its jaw drop when it sees the consequences. I’m ready to start the countdown.

Thank you, Brett. I didn’t know these foundations even existed. And I imagine the donations from corporations and elsewhere are tax deductible. I wonder if criminals and gangs can donate to receive favored protections as well. In fact, paying off police itself seems to be a criminal activity.
