Yes, socialists won (again) in Bolivia. That is, until the military decides once again that they didn’t.
The new presidents first action has to be to disband Bolivia’s military. If he doesn’t, he will meet his predecessors fate.

AMLO wins in Mexico!
Jacinda Ardern wins in New Zealand!
Luis Arce wins in Bolivia!
Bernie Sanders wins in the USA…if only.

Socialism or barbarism–and we have our work cut out here in US America.

Solidarity with all who really do care the world over.

“They can kill the Revolutionaries but they can’t kill the Revolution”–this Revolution needs to be a true caring of ourselves and everyone else. We have to see, in the end, there is no separation.

A similar right-wing coup has taken over America.
Bernie gave up too easily so we have no socialist to win a great victory, but at least we have a neoliberal corporate Democrat as an alternative to a despotic, dictator-loving Fuhrer.
We’'ll see if the American sheeple have enough sense to purge the right-wing theocrats and their hero Trump.
Yay for Bolivia!

This seems too easy. All of the votes are not yet counted. Expect the US to inflict some of our style of democracy into the process and for the exit polls to be inexplicably wrong. I predict Camacho to pull a stunning, come from behind win.

Good news and there will be more to come from Colombia, France, Chile, Nigeria and elsewhere over the next few months.

The people in just about every country, great and small, are more intelligent than in the USA. You just can’t fix stupid. Way to go Bolivia. Too bad that they will soon have to face American fascists meddling in their political affairs and overthrowing their democracy, again.

Pentagonians take note;

14.1% voted for military terrorists willing to kill their own neighbors and friends.

I wish you well Senor Arce but be careful. Elon Musk and the Fascist Corporate State still want the lithium.

When he got elected in 2016, right leaning candidates were winning as well around the globe. I think this trend will continue in this country…lord willing and the creek don’t rise.

Very nice way to start the week. To begin our country’s own countdown. Here’s to ending the rule of Neo-Fascists.
Congratulations to Bolivia.

More likely to get lithium in Chile than Bolivia, currently Australia produces most of it. Of course the consumer demand to produce lithium Ion batteries is primarily for laptops and cell phones etc., but yes electric cars too.

I do not believe that Senator Sanders “gave up”. I think he, in his vast experience, understood that to continue to campaign or to split from democrats and campaign as a Green, wou dhave seriously damaged our chances of ousting our Orange Nightmare.
Certainly he , by allying with Biden, stays in a position wherein he can speak to the changes we all wish to see. Some wise person once noted that ,“politics is the art of the possible”.
I am firm in my belief that socialism is the wave of the future, how to continue to advance towards that day is the question.
