Racial Hatred has no boundaries unless we hold those responsible for their bigotry.

The by-far most dominant form or racism is not individual bigotry, but institutional and societal racism that occurs in the behavior of a whole society - which occurs with little intentional action on the part of any single individual. The teachers who focus on black kids for discipline, the bank employee who deny a black person credit while granting it to a less-qualified white person, even the cop who picks on black drivers to for traffic violations are, most of the time, not even aware they are discriminating! Even a black person in a position of power will discriminate against blacks and not even know they are doing it.

It is like the way a flock of starlings - where the individual birds simply reflexively follow along when an abrupt flight direction is decided on by the collective brain of the flock.

Regarding US society, the unconscious racism and unconscious White Privilege is so deeply embedded, that when recent efforts were made by BLM and other groups to make whites aware of their society’s racism, the whites perceive it as discrimination against whites - leading to the current “white lives matter” fascist white-supremacism - and the re-emergence of overt bigotry!
