Dixie Honkey to White America: Look In the F#cking Racial Mirror

This week of Walter Scott, we celebrate Dixon D. White, a burly, Southern, beer-and-pork-loving, self-proclaimed redneck and reformed racist who from his beloved Ford F-150 pickup has delivered a series of stunningly potent tirades about a culture of white privilege and white supremacy "that has benefited us for 400 years," and the need for white America to "f#cking wake up (and) look at what we have done." Just wow.

Dagnab it! Good on ya !!

You just identified the treasure hiding in plain sight. The privileges backed by exclusion, fear and hatred are shackles of the first order. Trade 'em in for energy, beauty, and life worth living - which is with and for others who have had their genius (spirit) stolen.

For a riff on perspectives give "The World and its Double" a listen. I don't advocate the taking of psychoactive substances, but Terrance McKenna combs through a spectrum of assumptions and indoctrination that is still salient and an eye opener.

Walter is right. For America to be a great nation, it must first admit its racist foundation that still affects it today. Education is the only thing that can change the mindset of America. I applaud Walter for having the temerity to speak out. The only thing needed for evil to persist is to have good people say nothing.

Careful, this may be a trick

Had an Uncle like ol' Dixon here...
Equally Outspoken...and then some....

Seems one day He and a Black Marine held a line
somewhere in some other country, in some other time.

Never would tolerate Anything racist.
And he'd let ya know about it..........pretty quick like.....

I'm not talking about other nations. I am talking about America along with its racist past.

Gees.

People from Saskatchewan can be so obtuse some times.

Most other nations were not founded in racism and slavery. This is what we are talking about. The racist nature of America. Stay with the tour Rider fan!

Röhm was queer, which influenced his politics greatly, but the word "socialist" in the the expansion of NSDAP was a sham as far as the party hierarchy (of which Röhm was not long a member, by reason of having been murdered on Hitler's orders) was concerned. The "redistribution" of the estates of the old aristocracy was to the new, Nazi aristocracy, not to working people.

Truly mind blowing--a really good thing! I salute your guts Dixon!
