Eco Groups: Trump's Interior Deputy Pick Is "Walking Conflict of Interest"

Nadia Prupis, staff writer

Scores of top environmental organizations on Wednesday sent a letter (pdf) to the Senate urging lawmakers to reject President Donald Trump's nominee for Interior Department deputy, energy lobbyist David Bernhardt, who the groups described as "a walking conflict of interest."

It surely does seem that the Trump administration (Pence? Bannon? Sessions?) works long and hard, searching for the absolute worst (and most evil) person in this country to fill each of their administrative posts.
When will the members of Congress stop selling themselves to Big Biz and Oil and start giving a care about this beautiful country that they are allowing to be destroyed? Do they not have kids, grandkids? They are the ones responsible for the destruction of this country, as their votes are the decision-makers; they should be fined/jailed for the destruction and misery they have wrought.

What can one say, with one horror after another. perhaps that's the plan...keep a continuous flow of sleaze and outrage, such that the public becomes inured to it all. It is surely an interesting time, even if there may not be humans around to read the history in a couple decades.
