Four weeks.

That's how long the Environmental Protection Agency has to "promptly perform a search and produce the documents" in its possession that underpin Administrator Scott Pruitt's claim that human activity is not a "primary contributor" to the climate crisis, and any studies that support that assertion.

The physics of CO2 can’t simply be wished away. CO2 being a greenhouse gas has been known since 1856. It’s physics and it’s a fact. We know how much CO2 is in the atmosphere, before and after the industrial revolution. We know much is in a lump coal or a barrel of oil. Mitigating factors can be argued about, but this is all.
