Tulsi, I think we’re in agreement on the basic issue though - originally, there was a distinction in the rules between them, and it took the constitutional amendment to eliminate that distinction

That the amendment eliminated the distinction is debatable. The Brushaber v. Union Pacific caused even more confusion, ruling that essentially Pollack was still good law.

Income was what corporations made, wages were paid to an individual for his work.
