As a Progressive Independent, sooner or later I guess I am going to have to vote with my feet. Money is not going to solve any problems. Only seventeen days until TrumpFest2019 and yet the powers that be want us to genuflect to mammon no matter what. So glad I did not procreate. I am not smart enough to know how to apologize for the skid marks of my generation.

“It is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than a rich man to enter the kingdom of Heaven” - a metaphor for casting ones lot with the poor of this world - for the Common Good.

It is equally true that politicians serve wealth and power over the Common Good, especially since SCOTUS declared money the equal of free speech - it follows that those controling the most wealth control the most speech and dominate politics with their wealth, and the “little people” do not.

Bernie Sanders fights for a return to the rights and status of the vast majority of people - the “Little People” and the Common Good.

" Government is instituted for the common good , for the protection, safety, prosperity, and happiness of the people, and not for the profit, honor, or private interest of any one man, family, or class of men " - John Adams

" The first truth is that the liberty of a democracy is not safe if the people tolerate the growth of private power to a point where it becomes stronger than their democratic state itself. That, in its essence, is fascism – ownership of government by an individual, by a group, or by any other controlling private power… Among us today a concentration of private power without equal in history is growing” - FDR

That power of obscene wealth in few hands has now become a/the clear and present danger to our republic and government Of, By, and FOR the people!

David Adelman, an attorney who represents the financial industry, sez: “It’s important to rotate the crops.”

And you guys’ll keep spreading the fertilizer, eh, Davey?

One thing’s for sure: if Wall Street wins this election we can kiss the America we know (or wish we knew) goodbye. At that point it may be time to create our own migration crisis. Anyone got a boat?

Wall Street and their DNC are keeping Sanders and Warren out of network so that Wall Street’s insurance rackets can keep fleecing you with out of network medical services.

And Wall Street knows, once their candidate becomes the nominee, Sanders willl get in line and throw his support behind him/her.

Lather/Wash/Rinse/Repeat.

Correct, Ray. In 2014 half of the personal bankruptcies filed in the U.S. were because of the inability to pay obscenely high medical bills. In 2017 that ratio was even higher.

Well the Democratic race has finally narrowed and given primary voters 2 choices:

Corporate Dems that obviously legislate on behalf of their Corporate Masters.

Taking hefty tempting Donations/Bribes that induce Legislators to pass laws and vote to further enrich Corporations while ignoring the demands and needs of the majority of the People that voted them into office.

And then we have Democrats that have shunned the Donations/Bribes of Wall Street and actually represent WE THE PEOPLE.

Democrats that are financed by small Donors are fighting to level the financial playing field and make America a more Egalitarian Nation.

I believe the majority of working class Americans are fed up with Corporate Welfare and Tax Cuts for the Wealthy that place the burden of paying the taxes that support our Military and pay for our infrastructure on the backs of the lower and middle Class.

The Country is bursting at the seams with inequality and can no longer take the fact that a factory worker is paying more in Taxes than Jeff Bezos.

If Senator Sanders is five points ahead of Senator Warren, Wall Street will donate $10 million covertly to Warren’s campaign. Also, Senator Warren is a woman and you certainly don’t want to vote for a man, certain pundits will say.

If Senator Warren is five points ahead of Senator Sanders, Wall Street will somehow make half a million $27 donations to Sanders. The goal is to split the progressive vote right down the middle.

Mayor Buttigieg is great because he permanently siphons off LGBTQQAI+ votes from the Sanders/Warren juggernaut, not because he has a ghost of a chance of winning because he has never actually run for a state or national office before. Give him ten million bucks just for that. Harris’s value is that she’s black and so, again, she siphons off all those progressive black votes . Give her ten million bucks just for that. Bonus if she can generate any traction at all.

Biden doesn’t have a clue but he’s all that Wall Street has. “Front Runner”.

I’m waiting for an article that shows Wall Street setting the progressives up like stooges, if that’s possible.

Even if the People split their votes between Sanders and Warren, Biden walks right through the middle and scores. They would have to join together to block his touchdown… but I doubt that would happen. We lose the game.

Since Independents are the majority “party,” all I’s could register Republican for the 2020 primary to vote Bill Weld. SOON! to meet Repub’s tightening voter registration regulations.

Of utmost importance is dumping Drumph. Since Democrats are not effectively standing up to censure DT’s violations of constitutional law nor to impeach, all Dems with a conscience, Greens, Libertarians, Socialists, Constitutional Party etc. could join Independents to register Republican, in order to primary Weld: Weld America Together! Then get out ASAP and re-register to their party of choice. (Mail back all Repub’n fliers or pay to mail them to the White House – give postal workers more to do…)

Loyal Dems will do what they do with their field. If the Dem/Wall St. establishment runs Touch-and-Go Joe and Bernie isn’t their candidate, Bernie and Tulsi (or Liz W) could run on an Independent or Green ticket to WIN!

Let’s WELD AMERICA TOGETHER to save our democratic republic, our planet, and our lives.

And thanks to the former Republican congress, one can no longer declare bankruptcy due to medical costs.

Warren and Sanders are not Wall Street options?

This is validation that they are THE BEST OPTIONS for America, but maybe not for the DNC.

Just reading the headline of this article tells me to scratch off those three “candidates”…LOL!!

I disagree. The most important thing is NOT to get rid of Trump, but to get rid of the establishment. Voting for a Republican who still is against social programs, free education, universal healthcare and supports the MIC is not a step forward. All Republicans must be put out to pasture permanently as the entire Party has been devoted to crushing the 99% since its inception. Don’t be fooled by Weld’s ‘anti-corruption’ crusades or his popularity in New England as he still represents Wall Street… just a gentler and kinder version.

What else would he do other than run as an independent, or write-in?

I’ve had friends tell me they are looking at supporting Harris. Good to know that she is trying to rake in the corporate dollar - drops her a couple of notches in my book. Still above Biden though.

Sanders and Warren still at the top.

Don’t exclude Jay Inslee - kind of establishmentee, but he brings the number one issue “climate catastrophe” to the top and has helped pass some very progressive legislation in Washington.

Buttigieg is on odd bird. Kind of the stereotypical establishment gay man. There is huge diversity in the LGBTQ community, so would say he is certainly not representative.

Voting is still a long way off. Interesting to see how the first “debate” goes.
