WASHINGTON - Reaffirming their commitment to climate deception, Exxon-funded Republican members of Congress on the House Committee on Science, Space, and Technology sent a second round of letters to 350.org, Greenpeace USA and other nonprofit organizations demanding full divulgence of communications related to each organization’s work advocating for climate action and holding Exxon accountable for its role in sowing public deception around climate change.
I'm glad 350 et al. are resisting this Congressional idiocy, but I'm afraid they're a bit overemphasizing the corruption. Really, $22,000 over 20 years isn't all that much.
I'd also like to better understand what the misrepresentatives are trying to get from the orgs. Are they simply countercharging collusion? That's ridiculous. Let's all get down to substance, and demand that the House committee do the same.
