Andrea Germanos, staff writer

A new federal class-action lawsuit accuses 13 St. Louis-area municipalities of "terrorizing" poor, primarily African-American people through a "deliberate and coordinated conspiracy" by "creating a modern-day police state and debtors' prison scheme that has no place in American society."

The police in Fergusen dont pay for their crimes nor are they ever charged with a crime...BUT...They expect everyone else to pay up or else.....These police departments are criminal orginazations in them selves....They use the law to hide their evil...They are every bit as bad as the mob...From the top down the Mayor the chief of police the DAs the judges and all the cops...AND who are the grand juries who never find fault with outright murder....Why do we need grand juries if they work for the dept...(looks they do anyway)..Doesnt sound like they have any color on the gran jury process...They dont tell us who they are or what color they are.

Those cops are such a bunch of wussies. They went for easy prey to fill their coffers. They were too afraid to go after the people that actually had money. This is another example of how the rich are disproportionately not held to follow the law. Indeed, if you are rich enough, you CAN get away with murder.

"I'll invest Millions in your Community by Building a Prison, but you have to Guarantee at least 70% Occupancy at All Times. Can you hold up your end of the Deal?"

Target Community Government:
"That can be arranged."
