Flight of the Rohingya

Flight of the Rohingya

The names of the refugees below have been changed to protect their identities.

I gather that there are around 55 million refugees in the world. We hear daily of people escaping from Africa to Europe; escaping from such countries as Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan via boats to Australia;escaping from one vicious state in Asia to another equally callous Asian state; and so on ad nauseam.

Why are there so many refugees?

Because we allow our world to be run by criminals of the most vile sort; those who are wealthy hypocrites to whom power is more important than compassion.

Between the devils

And the deep bloody sea

I’d go so far as to say that compassion doesn’t even exist for them.
