“Kellie O’Connell of the Lakeview pantry in Chicago told The Guardian, the federal government must take responsibility for ensuring working people in the wealthiest country in the world don’t go hungry.”

Correct: Our church handed out everything to individuals in dire need. This was on hand for our weekly Friday evening free supper for homeless, elderly, poor. Due to C-19, ceased. May not restart, ever. The ladies are in their 70’s and 80’s who do all the work.

In the 1930’s depression, Youngstown steel mills were closed for three years. Churches, charities did not have enough to feed everyone. City, county and state were missing income because folks could not pay property taxes. Ohio could not even help.
