In 'Major Win' for Clean Air and Public Health, EPA Reverses Pruitt's 'Super-Polluting' Truck Loophole

Jessica Corbett, staff writer

After a federal court sided with green groups that sought to stop the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) from granting a loophole to allow more "super-polluting diesel freight trucks" on American roadways, acting administrator Andrew Wheeler—who took over following scandal-ridden Scott Pruitt's resignation—officially rescinded his predecessor's final giveaway to industry.

No more, Truck You.

Thanks EPA.

now if Wheeler will only undo all the damage that pruitt did by cutting restrictions on water & air pollution and reinstating controls on industrial pollution I’ll say good job

There are some reasonable judges in the US. We could use a lot more.
