In Saudi Arabia, Obama Urged to Address Repression, Executions, Civilian Deaths

Nika Knight, staff writer

As President Obama meets with Gulf leaders on Wednesday, human rights groups pleaded with him to bring up a laundry list of issues during his visit, ranging from Gulf countries' dismal human rights records toward their citizens to the U.S.-backed, Saudi-led bombing campaign in Yemen that has killed thousands of civilians.

Obama is in Saudi Arabia for the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). The United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, and Kuwait are the other members of the GCC.

Obama addressing Saudi atrocities.

Now don't to that. When you kill Yemeni's be nice about it and make sure you respect their rights as you are bombing them. Beheading people is bad. Oh here are some more bombs and guns !

It's hard to believe that so many people went for Obama....twice, to boot, in the first place, given that there are so many promises that he's failed to keep. He's also extended, expanded and escalated the G. W. Bush Administrations policies....beautifully!

But you know what: It's occurring to me that most Americans, whoever they may be, are either quite naive, or have a really nasty vicious streak in them.
