Hello? What are the penalties for the DOJ breaking this law? They should be required to pay the costs to the dispensaries they raided, and all the legal costs, at least.

Can these dispensaries now sue the federal government in civil court. To reclaim some of the millions lost in legal fees and loss of business.

Absolutely, and the officials responsible for breaking the laws they were supposed to uphold, should be fired.
