In 'Victory for Women,' Appeals Court Upholds Ban on Pence's Indiana Law Requiring Ultrasounds Before Abortions

Jessica Corbett, staff writer

Reproductive rights groups celebrated "a victory for women" after a federal appeals court upheld a ban on Indiana law—signed by former governor and current Vice President Mike Pence—that forced any woman considering an abortion to undergo an ultrasound 18 hours before the procedure.

bravo to the court to stop this particular right wing extremist, it terrifies me to have him as president. when he said women must bury their miscarriages that was it for me. he is just as much an idiot and threat that trump is. they hate women for whatever reasons and should not be in power much less making decisions for women.

By the time this case hits the SCOTUS, Kavanaugh will be in place and Roe will be as dead as the dodo.
Oh, and chemical birth control (pills or implants) wil be made illegal by then as well. Sex for any purpose other than procreation will be outlawed.

LOL but wait until they make the men account for where their sperm have gone. : ) Maybe then , some of these strange people will realize how invasive and controlling the sex police people can be-----especially if it happens to them. : )

nah !!! Men have no interest in controlling men, just women.

Why should anyone listen about lady-parts to a man who sleeps with his Mother?

#7

Or, to a man who fantasized about dating his daughter, out loud for all to hear.

In your face Pence, you colossal misogynist putz!

Some states tried to require a transvaginal ultrasound, which is invasive and uncomfortable and could possible harm the fetus which anti-abortion troops supposedly care so much about If that’s what was just struck down, the Hooray! No person, organization, religion or government has the right to do that to a woman against her will.
