Is Trump a Murderer?

“Killing people” is the unwritten part of the job description. A president is always, or almost always, a murderer by proxy.
The military is under the authority of the president as Comnmander-in-Chief.
Having a killer for president is not a bug, but a feature of the American political hierarchy.
That system requires that the president be willing to kill, or order the killing of human beings.

If anyone is truly surprised, then they’ve not been following Trump’s way of life. Or know about the ways of the ruling class. This country was founded on genocide and chattel slavery. Lots of blood spilled and land stolen to enrich the very few.
Part of the genocide of Indigenous peoples involved biological warfare, beginning with the New England colonies giving smallpox and typhus infected blankets to the East Coast tribes. Then moving west using the same modus operendi.
How do you eliminate a population no longer needed in a de-industrialized culture? The usual ways-war, famine, disease. The service industries will be automated the same way manufacturing has been. We’ve had an economic draft in place since the 70’s, which takes care of the war part. Famine…we may be facing that within a year or so. Have you noticed the low quality of fresh foods in grocery stores? I wouldn’t feed them to a rabbit or turtle.
So now we have disease. And civil unrest.
I remember the scene in the Godfather where the young bride naively tells one of the sons that she’s appalled they’re involved in killing people. Her father is a senator. He replies, “You have no idea about who kills for profit. We’re not the only ones. Just look at your father. He’s no better than we are.”
QED.

Reading the European version of HIStory they go out of their way to instruct the reader that there was no deliberate genocide of the First Nations peoples. The 98 percent of the population that was wiped out was all due to their being unable to resist European diseases and just an accident of history. They will not tell the reader how the spread of those diseases was deliberate or how the Europeans destroyed the food supply of those peoples so they suffered from malnutrition which everyone knows makes one more susceptible to disease. (Wiping out 80 million Bison as example).

Nope, none of those deaths had anything to do with Capitalism or the “freedom and liberty” and “Civilization” those first Europeans brought to the “savages”.

Meanwhile the same historians will claim “Stalin killed 60 million of his own people” attributing to him every death due to war and famine and pestilence. It all on him because of his “policies”.

They then conclude this proves Socialism is Evil and Capitalism is good.

Millions upon millions of people believe this crap.

While I agree about ANY president’s assigned role in the U.S. military-industrial-imperialism complex, you deflect from the truth here that Trump has murdered the very people it’s his job description to defend. In your eagerness to (rightly) lambaste militarism, you’re giving cover to domestic genocide. It’s dangerous to give a murderous fascist like Trump such cover.

Does anyone care if Orangeman is a murderer or not? William Rivers Pitt suggests not so much:

We have reached the point in U.S. politics where the Lord God of Hosts could descend from heaven on a pillar of fire, denounce Trump from atop Mt. Everest in a voice audible throughout the universe, and Trump’s fiercest defenders would wave it off as “fake news” even as Mitch McConnell gavels God out of order.

I also believe the reporter is his assistant in this matter. he too deserves to be tried for not informing the public what he knew or should have known would lead to many deaths. too interested in the money for his book to give a damn about any other human life. how is he any better than the monster murderer in the white house?

Is it a such big surprise that after so many generations of being brainwashed from infancy with fake news (The Tooth Fairy, Santa Claus, God) that a significant percentage of our population (mostly the subset that would believe that the hullabaloo described in the above quote was real) believes that Donald Trump, Mike Pence & Mitch McConnell speak The Truth?   It’s been four years since Tweetle-Dumb bragged that he could shoot someone on Fifth Avenue and not lose one vote, and that’s probably still quite true today (although he apparently HAS lost more than a few votes in the meantime, but for other reasons).

Every day I pray this happens. What you quoted.

God, if you’re listening, open that sinkhole under 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, and Mar-all-Loco, and any golden-cap Air Force One’s …

From the ending of this article, referring to the now-dead nazi white nationalists:

“They cheered on the spectacle, labeled every act of aggression ‘self-defense,’ and stayed fervently loyal until it all came crashing down. Then they retreated into feigned ignorance and innocence.”

Hi kikiki5:

Sometimes-----timing is everything. If Woodward had told all right away, trump would have denied it—even though it is on tape. By getting more and more information— even with that–it is apparent that Trump believed he could con Woodward—the way he has conned his supporters.

The US attempted to destroy Vietnamese culture and was defeated.

If the US could match the cultural superiority of Vietnam on a per capita basis, the US total Covid19 SARS pandemic casualties would somewhere near 100 instead of closing in on 200,000.

Why did we attempt to destroy such an obviously superior pandemic aware culture as Vietnam?

What do they have to teach us? Can we learn?

Yes. Trump is a murderer. And all of us are stained by the wars on terrorism and drugs.

He says he doesn’t want to cause panic?— so telling white suburbanites their neighborhoods will be gone, rapists are crossing the border, there are planeloads full of people dressed in black flying who knows where, the socialists will crash the economy and your retirement accounts, release dangerous criminals to terrorize your communities —no that’s just part of calming people down.

stupid question used for headline above - just to find out who doubts that Trump is responsible for at least 150,000 deaths in USA that could have been avoided if we followed the old Polio and Tuberculosis public health menu.

So far, Woodwards book will be a best seller.
So far, only 4 voters in USA have changed their mind about voting for trump.
So far, this issue fell off Americans attention span 9.3 hours ago.

Yes, of course he is.

The reason that the Democrats cannot make any political mileage out of that is that Biden is and the Clintons Bill and Hillary are and Obama is and most easily available Bushes are and Reagan is and so forth.

Face it. Whatever one’s individual judgment might be, it is hard to win with a candidate so bad that you cannot level an accusation at Donald Trump that cannot as easily be leveled at your candidate.

Don’t get me wrong. I don’t think that the party brass is upset that they are apt to lose to the greatest goon show in politics. They are still too relived at having derailed Bernie Sanders without suffering persecution or great protest. They might prefer to win, but they will give Trump four years and retain a dead lockdown control of their party, with no concessions to anyone.

Why would Trump be the one non-murderer in the bunch? Surely someone was willing to offer hm a deal.

So Trump knows what he is doing-----it is not in Trumps interest to divide-----he could be sitting at 70% in the polls if he worked to unite------so why is Trump doing everything to corrupt and show the corruption that he and his friends get away with-----maybe a pay off of 50 million from Putin—??? Rupert Murdoch , Trump , and Russia are the ones pushing for violence in the streets.
