Does Japan really want to take on China militarily? Independently of China having nuclear weapons and Japan not, Japan has a declining population to "man" its military and China, well let's just say, has a hell of a lot more people. All I can discern in the Japanese action is a childish hubris, reflective of a selective past memory of the Russo-Japanese war and Japanese occupation of China. Well, folks, it ain't gonna' happen again.
