The press has little interest in Julian Assange’s extradition because he is already deceased - only he’s still breathing.

  1. Assange has done permanent damage to the operations of the Zionist puppet regime that controls the United States. By publishing proof of their criminal activities, Assange has confirmed global suspicions that the US is an outlaw state. This has earned him the hatred of the Washington regime and its Rothschild masters.

  2. Assange, I believe, holds unpublished proof of further crimes by the “Zionist World Order” and its US minions and, for that reason, WILL NEVER BE ALLOWED THE PLATFORM OF A US COURTROOM or access to media. The Orwellian disease that controls the UK & US intends for Julian Assange to die in his British dungeon while being “processed”.

Labeling it “the media trial of the century” indeed assures that the “trial” will be 100% theatrics and zero substance.

the key concept here often missed is that what is endangered is “journalism”. Perhaps the corporate outlets aren’t interested because a) that isn’t what they do, and b) they have no intention of displeasing the state or the corporations that own it.

Assange’s outcome threatens other Assanges. It won’t have any implication for anyone in the quisling press.

Of course the MSM shows little interest, because they have little to fear in the future from it’s outcome. They are no longer media outlets. just infotainment.

Good topic and article that quantifies corporate media’s dis-interest in the Assange case. For an extraordinary good, in depth analysis of the reasons why that happens, there is a supreme article by Jonathan Cook at CounterPunch.

And as for the Guardian - it has been obvious for a long time now, what a consistent dirty role they have played during the entire Assange saga, and including this trial where they are central to one of its charges. Perfect case study for journalism schools.

If one of the medias own is thrown out of a press conference in the USA it a vicious war on journalism. The reason they are silent on Assange is because Assange revealed that the same media was complicit in all of those lies and frauds foisted on the people. Any of them could have published the same material but chose instead to only do so after another exposed it.

Cowards and lick spittles do not like being exposed as such.

the Guardian has a long history of fraudulent faux-liberal posing when it comes to “news”.

the second anything left-ish comes along to threaten profits, the Guardian will polish up it’s undeserved rep as the UKs bastion liberal rag and commence trashing said person or event.

They basically handed Downing St to BoJo by helping Israel assassinate Corbyn.

Yet the case has been met with indifference from the corporate press.

Why would it be otherwise? Its not like the MSM is comprised of actual journalists. They collectively serve as the establishment’s mouthpiece; and have no worries that any of them would meet the same fate as Julian. Assange is a true journalist; and very courageous one at that!

May all those persecuting him rot in hell.

No freedom for Assange - no vote for one of his main persecutors - Biden. Easy decision!

You are being too nice, more like PRESSTITUTES AND WHORESPONDENTS! Julian Assange is a patriot and a hero who has dared to tell the truth in a time of universal MSM deceit!

The MSM is against transparency in government. That doesn’t apply to every individual in each organizations, but it applies to the organizations and the industry as a whole.

When a significant leak happens, industry players are forced to respond to it to some extent in order to maintain credibility with the audience whose attention they sell to advertisers. But they have a conflict of interest in doing so because this can upset most of their sources, which are pretty nearly all government and corporate entities with specific public relations interests.

To publish leaks creates a risk for them, and all they get for it is a more transparent government, if that. The ongoing viability of an entity like Wikileaks, which persistently scoops them and provides a more accurate picture of events, undercuts the prestige of playing stenographer to bureaucracy personally and undercuts the facade of accuracy and legitimacy with their audience.

Accordingly, these are not natural allies of Wikileaks because they are for the most part not doing journalism, and particularly not running the risks of investigative journalism that provides some truthful perspective in relation to a corrupt power structure.

They receive the loss of First Amendment rights as a boon.

The primary source of true investigative journalism is at Consortium News. They have relentlessly covered the Assange “trial” with great analysis each day.

Heartily agreed.

There is an internecine relationship between the corporate media, the political parties, and the oligarchic plutocrats that fund and control them all

When Obama demonized Snowden the NYT and 90%ers liberals took their cue. He was a threat to, what exactly? Now it is fashionable in the liberal sushi circles to see Assange and Snowden not as the Ells worth of their gen but as threats to security. Because obama said it.

That is the fate those in power want for all of us one way or another. Either we carry on in our ignorance, already walking towards self destruction, or if we dare do dissent they will do to us what they are currently doing to Assange. Those who dissent will be made examples of, and then thrown down the memory hole, forgotten.

It is much of a ‘trial’ as the Salem Witch Trials were.

even the fascists had newspapers–they were just in control of the press and the press did as it was told–just like now–the corporations and the government working together to control the agenda is the classic form of fascism—with the corporatists controlling the propaganda spewed to the American people and the politicians they enrolled to accomplish this control of our country’s government
