If you aren’t filthy rich, anybody who complains and whines and doesn’t vote expect your lives and all of America to be a full-on living nightmare.

America, if we don’t turn out (vote) in tidal wave numbers now, kiss your cozy lives goodbye. The political rightwing of our country are destroying our government. Open up your eyes and stop any denial thinking. Dictatorship is at our door.

Republicans, have you, at long last, no sense of decency?

Obviously these programs cost money that belongs to the 1 percent. If billions are spent feeding the hungry this would delay Bezos getting to 200 billion dollars. Priorities people!

It vexes me to see ongoing GOP opposition to Food Benefits. How pathetic to treat hungry children as political pawns.

VP Pence had an hour long private audience with Pope Francis in Rome on January 24, then hurried back to DC to engineer cutting Food Benefits to 700,000 USAns. A federal judge intervened in March to stop the travesty, just as the pandemic was starting.

Food Stamp programs have always helped agricultural producers / farmers as well as the nation’s poor, but Iowa’s 2 US Senators have nothing to say on this injustice.

Trump’s version of greedy republicans.

Trump must not be worried that people of his base that are unemployed, have loved ones who needlessly died because of trump’s horrid pandemic response, or are poor and maybe close to being homeless, might leave the fold.

May the ghost of the great Henry Wallace drive a corn combine over his fat ass the next time he takes to the golf course.

Duh! States should make use of data gathered by their state’s unemployment agency. Anyone who’s still drawing unemployment due to the pandemic should automatically requalify for SNAP benefits.

The thing is-- if the administration hadn’t totally botched the response to COVID-19 they might not have needed to extend the waivers. Given the train wreck from the top down, they really MUST extend them.
