Despite having won federal recognition of the right to marry a partner of their choosing, lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) people continue to face the possibility of being fired or harassed at work because of their identity or sexual preference.

This is beyond silly! I live in a Republican controlled state, Indiana. Pretty much every Republican controlled state has a Law called "The Right to Work" law. What it really means is that anyone can be "let go" from their job for no reason what so ever. It does not matter how long you have worked there or that you did Nothing what so ever. Which means that even if this LGBTQ law was passed it would not matter in Indiana or any other Republican controlled state.
