Meet the Press Grills WikiLeaks on Source, Ignores Substance of DNC Emails

Adam Johnson

On Sunday morning, Meet the Press host Chuck Todd (7/31/16) had on WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange to discuss his recent leaking of 20,000 emails from within the Democratic National Committee showing an institutional preference in favor of Hillary Clinton.

Todd sez: “Does that not trouble you at all, if a foreign government is trying to meddle in the affairs of another foreign government?”

It would appear irony is lost on this tool.

I didn't really understand the prescience of Gil Scott-Heron's phrase "The Revolution Will Not Be Televised" until this year.

As if the US never meddled in foreign elections. Whoever leaked the emails is doing 99% of this country a big favor! I feel they should be public record anyway.

Todd is so far in the bag for Clinton as is MSNBC that the fact that no one yet has shown that Russia is the hacker ;recent reports suggest otherwise is not even covered by these journalist.......

Yes, they should be public record..if the DNC were a public entity. The DNC, a private organisation, makes their own rules. Now isn't that rich? Stein 2016

Same with fox news.......We have no credible news stations anymore they are either liberal or conservative or both and the news stations are corporate...So guess how we get the news..
