Union women, too, can demand that their organizations lead the nation’s response on sexual harassment; after all, more than half of the nation’s union members will soon be women.

Clarence Thomas head of the EEOC???Its interesting how the media compartmentalize everything-----something rampant in this country is age discrimination. People have taken cases to court with overwhelming evidence yet they get thrown out. And this is harassment that happens by HR’s and leaders in the companies.
