I nominate this story for the opening statement defining Barack Obama's legacy. No one in the world has been more the primary agent effecting this horror story around & upon the world than has Barack Obama. And, while we are at it, add this horror story to the horrors sketched in Kate Aronoff's brilliant statement this morning about why millenials have plenty of intelligence, plenty of self-respect, and plenty of acumen to act in the interest of the whole world - more than enough to know they would be fools to vote for those same stupid Wall Street puppets to continue imposing & expanding this horror of all known human-created horrors upon all the peoples and other living species of the planet.
