North Carolina's Voter ID Law Meets 'Its Much-Deserved Demise'

Andrea Germanos, staff writer

Monday brought a victory for voting rights.

Well as I hear by the grapevine, the federal judges will have to go back to the drawing board, as North Carolina Republicans have cut education budgets based on whether a district is predominantly Democratic or Republican, if Republican, then, no cuts! The Republican legislature in NC is a laboratory of anti-democracy.

Thank you and kudos to all who contributed to this phase of the battle. To keep up energy and health for the upcoming rounds, some might want to consider signing a petition mounted by the Center for Food Safety to the USDA on regulation of GMOs

Yes, indeed. " If you sang the song the way it was written. And, march along to the beat of the drum
Someday soon, you're going to wake up singing,
the battle is over, but the war go on "
Sonny Terry & Brownie McGee
Great win for N.C., today. And, about time.
The battle has so many fronts, the attacks come from so many obtuse angles, it requires two notebooks just to keep up. The grinding wheel runs 24/7.
