Now, a new study in Nature Climate Change published Monday seeks to shift the underlying question from "if" to "how."

A useful article for anyone seeking to better understand the issue or to better debate the climate change skeptics. Very clear and straightforward - global warming makes things worse. Yes a hurricane happens but now global warming will make that big one happen more frequently and make storms bigger in general... and droughts longer and so forth.
