$4,000 and you’ll have the all the weapons/ammo you need.
$2,500 will get you really close.
$500 will get you a damned good handgun, $250 more a shotgun, $250 more a lot of ammo.
If you think the police will protect you, perhaps you need to think harder.
It was just like the nearly forgotten (especially by the liberals) political assassination Fred Hampton and Mark Clark in Chicago - sleeping in their beds, December 4, 1969. But we can’t blame J. Edgar Hoover for this one.
Arming up is not the answer-----though none of this looks good----it’s like all the people in charge just want to drive the car off a cliff
The USA is beyond suicidal now. And many a citizen is cheering on nothing but violence and death.
The article provides quite a sympathetic prologue to a killing: “A professional snowboarder, former military contractor and father of two with a Black Lives Matter tattoo on his neck, Reinoehl was wanted on charges of second-degree murder and unlawful use of a firearm in connection with the fatal shooting of Aaron “Jay” Danielson, 39, part of a rowdy, gun-toting, 600-vehicle MAGA caravan that roared through Portland during protests there.” …black people, in comparison, tend to get “Suspect convicted of Marijuana Possession in 1970” - - the privileges of perception run deeply.
“Imaginary violent mobs”
not burning buildings with people inside
not tearing down entire blocks
not assaulting shop owners with two by fours
not trying to win people over to your hysterical cause by assaulting them because they won’t raise their fists
not stalking people and
not shooting them in the back and then claiming self-defense
JFC, the delusion is thick here.
Cops and white supremacists are on the same team. The cops did the same thing they would have done if the guy had killed a cop. Never mind the guy says it was to defend someone else. A cop/white supremacist was killed. They took the killer out. To them, it’s end of story.
Rittenhouse, armed with an assault rifle, killed 2 people and seriously injured a 3rd and he gets support from the cops and due process (Why? Because he shot liberal protesters). This guy on the other hand, gets shot 30 times like a dog in the streets, without due process (because he shot an ARMED Trump supporter in self-defense). What’s happening to our country? I hope those cops are charged with murder and put away.
I’m not cheering violence and death on.
But I’m not going to just pretend that the Proud Boys aren’t playing for keeps.
They’re “boys” all right, that’s the problem.
What about the part where this white dude was summarily executed just like black dudes are?
His privileges kinda ran out, didn’t they?
I’m not defending white privilege, especially as someone who owns it. But it’s not so much a blanket thing these days. And white, brown, yellow people – mostly, yet not all, young ones – are standing shoulder-to-shoulder with BLM protesters. CD includes lots of homage to black victims, too, BTW.
Thank you for this memorial account, Abby.
Michael, his name means protector or guardian.
May Michael Forest Reinoehl live in a realm of peace and joy, and not forget us.
Where is the “law” in this? Just gun down the suspect? No arrest, no arraignment, no trial. And Rittenhouse is getting hundreds of thousands toward a self-defense defense when he carried his weapon across state lines to participate in vigilante action and was then allowed by police to flee back? Where is the “law”?
What’s happening is what always has been… now we just have tapes to prove it.
Where was the “law” in Nazi Germany when the brown shirts were busting heads and murdering Jews, leftists, and anyone else who opposed Hitler?
Most of the German people never woke up until it was too late.
When will most of us wake up?
Cameras would be used for an arrest, but not for an assassination.
The hypocrisy is overwhelming! The 17 year old who killed two unarmed BLM protestors and wounded one more was extolled as “just a kid”, and “we really appreciate you”…but these were federal marshals, not locals. The locals didn’t object, though.
I’m strongly supportive of the RKBA, but someone like Reinoehl is probably a little loose in the head.
Those who just go out and shoot someone are not helping the cause even if they do have a BLM tattoo on their neck. There are many individuals whose shooting might have actually made at least some beneficial difference, but the individual he chose to shoot was not one of them.
Not to mention that at 17 he couldn’t legally be in possession of that assault rifle outside of a gun range with a parent or guardian present. His mother HAD to have purchased this weapon (or at least signed for it at the gun store) for him and allowed him to be out of state in Kenosha to do what he did. She, as his legal guardian, needs to be charged as an accessory to those murders. But that will never happen.
What is to protect you from your own fear?
