I don't know why this is showing up now. The article was published 7 years ago. Apparently nobody decided it was worth comment at that time.

"I didn't run to help fat cat bankers," said President Obama.

We know how much his vaunted Attorney General, Holder, has done. No Wall Street banker has been prosecuted. Instead, when they're caught breaking the law, their bank gets a plea bargain deal that includes a fine.

Maybe we need to audit the Justice Department to see what's happened to the billions of dollars in fines they've collected to see where the cash went. My home town of Flint, Michigan could use an emergency disaster relief loan of $ 100 million or so to help get the lead pipes damaged by Governor Snyder replaced and out of the ground so that Residents don't have to worry about their sons and daughters continuing to be poisoned.
