A bit more much needed fairness in the criminal justice system. More of those who shouldn’t be wasting away in jail will be freed to go to work and more of those who are dangerous will no longer be able to buy freedom. Surely this will lead to somewhat better societal functioning in LA. Thank you, Mr Gascon.

Not only that, but California has been a bail bond man’s dream. The bond is secured by a loving mother for her wayward pathological son, and then, he skips town, and she looses everything, left with nothing but a broken heart. To the glee of the bail bond system profiteers.

Now we need progressive not regressive fine and fees program. Also a program that skews the % of tax rebates in favor of the bottom not the top.
