But, but, but… Biden assured everyone that the days of military intervention was behind us now. So of course the military needs yet more money as we scale back such foreign policy. Methinks something is rotten in D.C.

All politicians need a dose of fear in their faces of self-righteous selfishness. For these men and women to make this choice shows absence of conscience, the abandonment of empathy and a denial of compassion. Their action will result in psychopathic acts against defenseless people for profit for corporations. The politicians obviously support psychopathic principles and have no respect for human life. They are capable of voting us into labor camps. A vote by a politician is a vote in his/her best interest, not the public’s best interest.

,dC has lost all reasonable governance.
The pentagon budget is bloated for offense.
Not defense.

For example, aircraft carriers.
One in the pacific, ready to go.
A second in crew training and a third in maintenance.
We can combine crew training and hands on maintenances.
The sailors learn and also accomplish the work needed.

This eliminates the need for any more aircraft carrier keel layings for at least six years.
About 40 billion dollars saved and we gain skilled trades.
Welders, machinists, pipe fitters, electricians, etc.

Hey,
How are you gonna pay for that again?

Any war funding should have $15 min wage added-----please call this out!

Cut the bases around the world in half and start in the south China Sea!

Call out all the politicians who supported all this theft in the Afghan invasion-----they are all complicit—stop the theft!

Our nation is held captive to —private corporate power—the supreme court and all the politicians are owned! We live in bondage----STOP ALL CORPORATE BRIBES!

Kids and seniors live in the streets----the largest prison system in the world------this is not NORMAL!------WAKE UP!—ALL YOU ZOMBIES!

This is how empires die. Bloated and overextended military while basic infrastructure and societal cohesion disintegrates. We’re in the death spiral now.

So Ro Khanna has no problem with $750 billion spent on the Pentagon, but that extra $25 billion? Beyond the pale. Pathetic.

Keep electing more Democrats so they can vote with Republicans.

And those politicians who marched against the government on January 6th 2021 continue to be politicians and are getting paid and have benefits such as medical coverage and etc.

Acts of insurrection, sedition go without punishment. What a country !!! I am so proud to call myself an merican.

But it is just fine to incarcerate a person who stole a jacket. Give a man a lifetime in jail because it was the third time he got caught in some petty crime. And then there is Daniel Hale who told the truth and is guilty of telling the truth so lock him up. Sick sick society

“It’s other people’s money, stupid!”

How are we paying for that?

We could’ve done a lot to help the homeless. Or we could’ve improved healthcare. Or we could’ve expanded hospital ICUs for COVID.
Or we could’ve spent it on better education. Or…

We do have a massive military threat, our own military, is our worst enemy.

Maybe we should do a reverse version of “The Mouse That Roared” and find a small country to invade us. Then we can surrender and finally get aid for our economy and health and everything that is supposed to make us human, instead of bomb factories supporting the mansions of the elite.

how they gonna pay for all that death??–face the sad fact–this country is run by a death cult–both parties—after all the business of the USA is war, invasion , and death–225 years out of the 243 years we have been a nation we have been at war with someone–and just to point out—the US military is the single largest source of planet destroying green house gasses in the world–so not only are our so called leaders pushing for MORE money to the world’s most pathetic excuse for a military(can you think of another military that is so well equipped and just lost it’s third war in a row to poorly armed militias??-)–they are proving that they are world class science deniers to boot

On the topic of war profiteering the difference between the GOP and the Dems is much less than on other topics, such as forcing women to gestate rape babies.
At least the Democrats have some anti-Pentagon members.
But all who voted for boosting the war budget of both parties are greedy fools.
Nor do I give a pass to all citizens who volunteer for the military or work in Pentagon-contracted industries.
A large portion of this country sucks off the Pentagon’s pus-filled breast.

I hear Ro Konman on the Thom Hartmann show; he seems insincere, centrist, and staged.
His answers are mediocre and bland.
Thom also has on Marc Pocan, who is far more progressive and honest.

Nationalism and Organised Religion are the problems not the solutions.

You see how the two are connected …they keep us from moving towards unity.

Separation conciousness is the main problem facing humanity.
