Physicians for Human Rights Responds to Kunduz Hospital Airstrike Report

WASHINGTON - The Defense Department today released the redacted report of its internal investigation into the U.S. military airstrike on a Doctors Without Borders hospital in Kunduz, Afghanistan. Since the attack last October, Physicians for Human Rights (PHR) has been pressing the White House and the Pentagon to consider a criminal inquiry in accordance with the Uniform Code of Military Justice.

Don't ever expect the exceptional Americans to live by the law or the rules. Those are for lesser nations not for the US! Justice is a commodity in very short supply in America. In fact if anyone actually gets justice, it is in spite of the US judicial system, not because of it. The American military will continue to practice war crimes with impunity. There is no decent politician in the US and no decent judge who will stand up for justice, not a one! Death and destruction are the hallmarks of American foreign policy and now everyone knows it!
