Just one more form of subsidy for big corporations.

The trump regime is a criminal enterprise working to poison and despoil the Earth to benefit destroying, polluting, and poisoning corporations! The EPA environmental pollution/poison agency is now controlled by the corporate criminals and trump is the chief tool of all that if foul and deadly!
When the bill finally comes due for the trump & co killers they will pay the highest price for their depraved crime spree!

I hope California continues to war against the Trump administration regarding environmental laws, fuel efficiency standards, and candidates’ tax returns.
Roundup is only the tip of the evil iceberg engendered by Monsanto and its corporate family.

Not sure why the EPA would have issues with that. That Prop 65 warning is everything in California. Most people don’t even notice then anymore. It’s more like a CYA statement.

I buy products online and a lot of them have a special Prop 65 insert, i guess just in case someone in Cali buys them.

If Trump and Goodis want us to think Roundup is safe, why don’t they go on TV and drink a big glass of the stuff?

Is there input to EPA by CDC, NIH, AMA, etc.?
Does Monsanto have readily available research
results ??
I am trying to confirm a cancer cluster in Danville, Illinois.
Over 25 people in the same age group from the same
neighborhood have cancer at the same time. Obviously,
they were exposed to some airborne farm pesticide or
some trace chemical in the drinking water. School
lunches??
Bayer bought bunch of bad bonds !!

The dispute is really just semantic: glyphosate is not carcinogenic by itself until coupled with the other ingredients in Roundup, which give it the flesh-penetrating ability to do its deadly work inside the body. This is according to the way the testing research was conducted! Roundup causes cancer, and its active ingredient is glyphosate.

The federal government no longer serves the people of the United States of America - if it ever really did.

You will never be offered a position in Trump’s EPA. Well, maybe if you learn to lie and distort…you have a chance.

We are living under the new environmental Nazi regime. Hopefully their end will come like it did for the Nazi leaders.

Life in Don’T’s Inferno just gets better - with copious thanks to Congress and the Courts for not only not removing him from office, but allowing him to run for re-election.

The federal gov’t does serve the people, when it is not being slowly destroyed by those who fraudulently represent themselves as working for the gov’t.

If it does or does not cause cancer, people continue to buy this crap, including everybody (lawn owners, landscapers, and commercial farmers) in spite of people dying and high-dollar lawsuits. You can walk into any Lowe’s, Walmart, etc. and see thousands of gallons of this stuff laying around. The Trump administration with Republican approval has proven over and over that mass shootings are the least of our worries.

Nancy has been committed to that outcome since regaining her dark throne of power.

Is it time for California to set a rather high sales tax for pesticides that contain glyphosate and DON’T have the label? For example 100% sales tax?

Environmental Pillagement Agency head Andrew Wheeler sez:
“We will not allow California’s flawed program to dictate federal policy.”

Certainly not! That is clearly the purview of Bayer, et al.
