In recent days, the Democratic Party establishment has stepped up efforts to freeze the momentum for Sen. Bernie Sanders, pressing Democratic Party office holders, who are also convention super delegates, to get in line and trying to create an impression that the contest is over.

The Nurses Union (National Nurses United) endorsed Bernie but the American Federation of Teachers, the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers and the AFCME all endorsed Clinton.
This is the same Clinton who sat on the board of Wal-Mart for six years. Union busting Wal-Mart. The same Clinton who supported NAFTA and, until recently, TPP (45 times Secretary Clinton pushed the trade bill she now opposes).
How do union members feel about these endorsements?
So one has to wonder what kind of politics push unions to support someone their members don't, and for the unions whose members agree with the endorsement of Clinton, how dumb are the members that they support someone who acts against them?
I hope the nurses remember this endorsement 2 years from now, when they are working in ER's treating homeless veterans with traumatic brain injuries caused by the wars Sanders plans on continuing and initiating.
You keep pushing the same bull, ignoring the fact Sanders is the only major candidate who opposed the Iraq War, registered as a Conscientious Objector, and has consistently railed against waste, fraud and increases in the military budget.
Sanders is by far the best of the bunch yet you and the other Sanders haters continuously raise the same misleading bs.
He's our best chance to step back from military quagmires and U.S. backed coups. Hillary and the Republicans want to make Bush look like an isolationist.
Thanks much for these links. You often provide the most useful references. :O)
Sanders has had plenty of opportunity to tell us he won't continue or expand Obama's Wars but to his credit, he is too honest for that.
He knows better than to challenge the Pentagon.
Unfortunately, with the Pentagon piddling all our resources down a bottomless hole, there's no chance or enacting any kind of 'socialist' agenda on a meaningful scale.
Sanders' role is get Libs to buy in, once again, to the illusion that US Presidential Elections are a genuine plebiscite. But they aren't a plebiscite, but rather an exercise in interactive propaganda, a vast scheme of social control.
Sanders is the Obama of 2016. But don't blame him, somebody had to do it.
Honestly, Sanders has a darn good history compared to Obama. They are nothing alike, imho.
