“In a state which ranks in the bottom 10 states for the health of women and children,”

I guess they see this as the most direct way to the bottom of the bottom.

If such a no-abortions-ever law goes into effect, should everyone who voted for it or signed it into law be made pregnant? Men are much more difficult to make pregnant than women are, but it has been done many times.

Tennessee lawmakers, like other state lawmakers, are not pro life, not compassionate patriots who listen to and serve their constituents. They are about maintaining their status, their control, their lifestyle. They’re all about controlling and harming and killing women (anti choice, anti abortion, anti birth control), people of color, LGBT people, immigrants of all ages (unless those who are wealthy).

If we are going to shit-can constitutional law there are a lot of others to consider. Can we go back and fix the 2000 deflection, I mean appointment. The SCOTUS got that horribly wrong, and put in question fair and honest elections to this day.
